The WhatsApp business alternative is designed for very small companies and comes with a few, basic business features. You can set up a company profile, add your business hours, and have one-on-one conversations with customers. However, you can only send out broadcasts to a maximum of 256 recipients per run, and only if they have your number saved in their contacts.
